The construction of 36 protected houses is set on an open block with a single entrance and two stairwell and elevator areas in the inner patio. With a square floor plan, the ground floor is divided up into a base of commercial spaces and the entry door. In each corner, two 3-bedroom homes are located creating a good balance of common features. The ash-brick enclosure gives unity and consistency to the overall space, highlighting the arrangement of the street while the single-layer, black brick lining emphasizes the closed balconies and terraces.
