Close to the natural beauty of the coastal surroundings and to existing Roman archeological remains, the hotel is a free-standing structure with outside areas directly abutting the sea. The building contains five floors above ground level, set apart from the basement which contains parking plazas and local services. The ground floor is intended for community use and exterior terraces and the four floors rising above are set aside primarily for rooms with ocean views. A compact space with pronounced balconies for terraces, impressive in scale but polished in formal appearance, integrating well into the surrounding space.
