The project envisions the comprehensive refurbishing of a home that originally had overly compartmentalized spaces and limited service areas for a small family needing bigger rooms. The creation of a day space distinct from the quieter and more tranquil night space for the children is proposed. The new layout allows for more spacious kitchen and bathrooms and a large open space for the living room with neutral, bright colors. What stands out is the brightness achieved with large windows in all the rooms which peer out toward the large terrace on the perimeter.
